If your confirmation e-mail haven’t arrived, please following the procedures below:

A. Please verify registered e-mail account and ensure it is written correctly;
B. Please check spam and trash folders in your e-mail box;
C. Whitelist Bleutrade e-mail in your e-mail server. If the problem persists, open a ticket: https://bleutrade.zendesk.com

Check if your email is in your spam box and deselect it.

Password

Please, have on hands your username and your email. The procedure must be completed on the same machine (computer, cellphone, etc.) where it was started. Otherwise, you will face restrictions.

Please, ensure that you are typing the following information:

Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number.

Also ensure that you telephone is enable to receive SMS.

Obs.: Prepaid telephones hardly will receive the SMS code.

Please following the procedures bellow:

A. Access LogIn session;
B. Click Forgot my Password;
C. Next page fill required data (e-mail and username);
D. Check your email box and click on the link given.

Google 2FA

Please follow the given instructions:

A. Please, Log In on Bleutrade, click enable Google Authenticator;
B. Install Google Authenticator;
C. Press enable Google Authenticator to activate;
D. Verify the Qr Code with the app;
E. Type the given code by your app.

If you don’t want to use Bleutrade platform anymore, log in on Bleutrade.

After access settings, security and scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a box asking a code to disable. But if you lost your phone, you need to open a support. https://bleutrade.zendesk.com

Please, ensure you are typing the code correctly.

Firstly, it is important you recover the security key by a backup.

In case it is not possible, please open a support ticket and we will help you.

Security and Other Issues

The identity verification procedure assists to protect Bleutrade users against theft and frauds. Also it of great matter for the user to know that Bleutrade must apply to the banking secrecy rules and other legal requirements. We take this compliance obligations very seriously and the identity verification helps Bleutrade to fullfill every extension of the law. We are committed to ensure that our services are not being used to money laundry related felonies, terrorism support, fraud, or any other illegal activities. And we appreciate your support in this affairs. To verify your identity access your account at Bleutrade.com and go to settings. Further on go to personal information. You will be asked to fill your account details and to send a face picture (or a selfie) with an id document to start the verification procedure.

A. Picture Problems: – in case of a unsuccessful attempt to verify your identity by a face picture you must send another one. The user also has to verify if it is selecting the proper ID document and following the instructions about the picture uploading. For instance, the ID document can be denied in case the uploaded file does not upload completely. The instructions are clear about sending both sides of the ID document, however for passports the picture must show the whole document.

B. Unreadable IDs: – if an ID is unreadable or cannot be certified and legit the user will not be able to access Bleutrade trading platform. Please, always certify yourself that the picture on your ID document is clear. Do not open consecutive tickets to the same problem. If the user opens unnecessary tickets on our support the support may not be able to solve the real problem causing a congestion on our system.

Bleutrade enforces a withdraw limit in order to protect our users accounts and to follow the rules and laws. The withdraw limit is attached to your id verifications status. We believe that you completely understand that Bleutrade is fully engaged with the laws and with our robust compliance program.

DO NOT trust any other social media asking for deposits to specific addresses in return for gifts or giving false information about Bleutrade.

Scammers are simulating official Bleutrade accounts and tweeting to ask for deposits to specific addresses in return for gifts or giving false information about Bleutrade. Beware! You can lose your coins if you do this. Bleutrade will never ask you to send coins directly to any address for any reason.

The Bleutrade Group is a platform for discussion and there is no offial customer support provided in the group. If you need to contact Bleutrade customer support, please file a ticket, and we answer your as soon as possible (until 48h).

Don’t forget that we will never ask you to send money to any address for any reason. If someone asks to do this, they are trying to scam you and they should be ignored.

This is a kind of problem that occurs when the user perform some command that the system understand as harmful or a kind of access attempt to a restricted area. Deposit & Withdrawal

Please follow the steps bellow:

A. Verify on blockchain explorer;
B. If you can’t find it, please open a support and we will help you.

Normaly if the address is wrong the deposit will return immediately. However, if this wrong address is compatible there is nothing we can do in order to undo on blockchain.

Txid or hash of a transaction is a sort of proof provided in every real cryptocurrency transaction.

Txid or hash oIf you need your Txid:

1. Go to My Wallet;
2. Click my Deposit History or Withdrawal History;
3. In this session you will have your Txid.f a transaction is a sort of proof provided in every real cryptocurrency transaction.

If you have balance and need to withdraw, you just need to go to My Wallet, after will see a column with the option Actions.

Click on this Action option, and after Withdraw.

Please open a support ticket and we will check this for you.

Normally the wrong address is incompatible and the balance returns immediately to your wallet. However if this wrong address is compatible there is nothing we can do to revert the blockchain.

New account / not verified account:

Not verified accounts have a withdrawal limit equivalent to US 500.

Verified Accounts have a limit equivalent to US 50.000 per day, being approximately 10 BTC.

Check your Balance on My Balance. In this session you can also see your Deposit History and Withdrawal History.

Trading

There are two ways to performance a trade:

A. When you place an order that goes on the order book partially or fully( Maker). A passive order is registered on the order book. Each order has a quantity and a price. Passive orders can be partly completed. Also Passive Orders can be cancel at any time, as long as it has not been realized. These orders are registered on the order book until they are completely fulfilled or canceled. Also these orders add volume to the order book, helping to “make the market”.

B. Performing an Active Order (Taker). When you place an order that trades immediately, by filling partially or fully, before going on the order book, those trades will be taker trades. Active order are traded immediately and they cannot be canceled, except the remainder that continuing as passive (Maker).

Technically there is no limit to trade.

Bleutrade charges a 0.25% fee from Maker and 0.25% from Taker on all trades. The fee is always charged on base coin.; Withdrawal Fee. B. Bleutrade charges flat rates per withdraw. (tabela de taxas por saque) ou link (Iremos disponibilizar)

The order book is composed of two lists:

1. The first list is composed of buy offers and it is ordered from the greater value.

2. The second list is composed of sell offers ordered from the lowest value. Each offer may have more than one order, in other words, if an offer represents more than one order the execution priority will be based on the creation date of the order, from the oldest one to the youngest. Therefore, when the requirements requested are fulfilled the negotiation is completed.

The minimum volume to any trade depends on the base market.

0.00001 BTC → to market base BTC/ 0.00001 ETH -> to market base ETH / 0.00001 USDT → to market base USDT / 10 DOGE → to market base DOGE

Wallet

Maintenance may have several meanings:

A. The wallet may have suffered a fork and our developers are working on it;
B. The wallet may be under update;

E. The hot wallet balance may have ended up and it is waiting for supply.
